Blueprint:
1. Pour at least one cup of Isomalt into a medium stainless steel saucepan over low-medium heat.
2. After approximately five minutes, the Isomalt will begin liquifying. DO NOT STIR. Gently swirl the saucepan.
3. Bring to a boil and allow the temperature to reach 320°F.
4. Remove from heat and let cool for 45-60 seconds before using to allow bubbles to settle.
5. Add desired color or flavor, reheating if necessary.
⚠️ WARNING: Isomalt is VERY hot, use caution when handling. We recommend wearing gloves, long sleeves, and closed-toed shoes when preparing Isomalt to avoid the risk of burning yourself.
